Text Messaging
If you provide your mobile number, we may contact you by call or text about appointments, estimates, and service follow-ups. We send promotional text messages only with your express consent. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or opt out of promotional messages by contacting us using the details below. Opting out of promotional messages does not affect service-related messages about a job you have booked.3 Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only in these limited cases:
- With trusted service partners or subcontractors needed to complete your project.

- With the third-party AI provider that powers our on-site chat assistant, which processes the messages you send in order to generate replies.
- With the third-party AI provider that analyzes photos submitted to our AI Repair Estimator. Uploaded photos stay stored on our hosting platform, and only a submitted estimate’s details are shared with our dispatch team.
- With Netlify, which hosts our website, forms, and secure photo and data storage used to process the requests described in this policy.
- When required by law or to protect the safety and rights of our customers and team.
Reviews You Submit Are Public

- Chat assistant conversations are used to answer your questions and are not used to build individual profiles.
- We keep project records for as long as needed to provide your services, honor warranties, meet tax and legal requirements, and resolve disputes — then delete or anonymize them.
- Seasonal maintenance reminders continue until you unsubscribe using the link in our messages or by contacting us.
7 Your Rights and Choices
