Payment Upon Completion
For labor-only jobs where you provide materials, you don't pay a dime until the work is finished to your complete satisfaction. If AAA Handyman is handling, purchasing, or supplying materials for your project, a material deposit is required prior to starting the work, with the remaining balance paid upon completion.
No Surprise Charges
If a concealed condition turns up once we open a wall or fixture — rot, mold, damaged wiring, old work that never met code — we stop, document it, and walk you through the options. - Customer-Supplied Parts vs. Sourced Parts: While our 1-Year Workmanship Guarantee covers our installation labor on every project, parts and fixtures provided by the customer are not covered under our warranty. Fixtures and materials purchased and supplied by AAA Handyman (subject to our standard 20% supply markup) are fully covered under our warranty alongside the installation.
